INSTRUCTION FOR USE AND TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR AUDIO 

If you are under a doctor’s care, please consult before using this audio product.

Never listen to this audio whilst driving or operating any machinery.

Only listen to this audio when you are safe to do so. Prepare a comfortable position where nothing and no-one will disturb you, including family members. It is important to switch off all background devices, including Fitbit and Apple watches, all alarms and set your phone to aircraft mode.

If listening to this audio via a mobile device, please ensure the battery is fully charged. Don’t forget to use the toilet.

If there is an emergency that needs your attention, you will become fully alert and focused in order to deal with it. Prepare yourself by sitting or lying in a comfortable position. Make sure the room temperature is comfortable and loosen any tight-fitting clothing and take off your shoes. Do not cross legs as this position will become very uncomfortable after a short while. 

Once you are ready to begin, think back and remember a time when you felt very relaxed, happy times without a care in the world. For example relaxing on holiday or looking out at a pleasant view. Hold that thought, hold that feeling.  If you can’t think of something just now, don’t worry, just carry on with the following steps as I guide you into a deep relaxation.

Don’t rush, only start when you’re ready, play the audio and close your eyes.

Focus on the sound of my voice and the suggestions that I give to you. Visualize every suggestion, step by step as you relax your mind and your body as one.

Your eyes will remain closed throughout this audio, let it be. My voice and the meditating music (520 MHz) in the background will help and guide you into a deep state of positive relaxation. 

Powerful suggestions will be given to you during a state of hypnosis that will help you to achieve your goal by making positive changes to your subconscious mind.

You may listen to this audio as often as you wish, or as needed. This is a workout for your mind so, the more you work out, the stronger your mind will become.

At the end of this audio, you will be instructed to return to your normal conscious state, feeling very refreshed, just like waking after a deep natural sleep.
